Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening (or possibly butter or possibly margarine)
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
- Add in ingredients according to your machines directions. Use dough setting. If you are making more than one batch, do the following. Dump out the dough into a bowl after the dough is finished mixing and let it rise outside of the machine. Start a new batch of dough in your machine immediately, no need to wash the pan.
- After dough has doubled in size, divide dough in thirds. (3 pcs) Divide each third in half. (6 pcs) Now, divide each sixth in half and you should have 12 equal pcs. Grease a 9x13 pan. Tuck and fold each dough section so it is nice and smooth. Place in pan proportionately. Let rise till they practically fill the pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min. Or possibly till golden. If desired, you can apply an egg wash just before baking.
