Ingredients
- 3 c. Chokecherry juice
- 1 pkt Commercial pectin
- 1 c. White corn syrup
- 3 c. Sugar
Directions
- Dissolve pectin in juice. Add in corn syrup and bring to boil. Add in sugar and boil 2 min. Seal in warm sterilized jars and process in boiling water bath for 8 min.
