Ingredients

  • 3 c. Chokecherry juice
  • 1 pkt Commercial pectin
  • 1 c. White corn syrup
  • 3 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Dissolve pectin in juice. Add in corn syrup and bring to boil. Add in sugar and boil 2 min. Seal in warm sterilized jars and process in boiling water bath for 8 min.
