Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
- 4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate -- Melted
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 1/2 c. Flour -- sifted
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Powdered Sugar -- sifted
Directions
- Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix flour, baking pwdr, and salt in a separate bowl and then add in to chocolate mix in thirds, mixing well after each addition. Cover and refrigeratedough 2 hrs or possibly longer, then make 1-inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 min on greased cookies sheets at 350.
