Chocolate Covered Strawberries With Champagne Recipe

  1. Purchase your favorite Champagne and chill. Buy fresh strawberries which have their stems intact. Wash, dry and chill the strawberries. (Cool strawberries will cause the chocolate to harden and there will be less dripping.)
  2. Chocolate dip: Buy a jar or possibly Nutella, European chocolate hazelnut spread.
  3. Place 1 c. of Nutella in a double boiler or possibly fondue pot. Add in 1 to 2 Tbsp. of heavy cream. Heat over low heat. Add in more heavy cream as needed till the consistency of heavy cream. Serve your Valentine.
