Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. oats
  • 6 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add in flour alternately with applesauce. Stir in oats and chips. Fill greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
