Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs (be careful to not cook large eggs while adding to warm mix)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
- 8 ounce tub Cold Whip, chilled
- 1/4-1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 c. mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat butter and chips till melted. Stir in rest of ingredients. Spread in jelly roll pan and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cut in 4 pcs.
- Beat cream sugar and vanilla in chilled bowl till stiff. Stir in chips. Stack 4 pcs of cake on top of one another with frosting between each layer and also covering entire cake.
