Chocolate chip blondies Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup (1 stick) Butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment (it’s not going to be perfect, but when you put the batter into the pan it will smooth out)
  • Beat butter and sugar until light, about 2 minutes
  • Beat in egg and then vanilla
  • Add salt, stir in flour and chocolate chips
