Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

I struggled with saying No to chocolate pudding, But Now I say Yes sometimes. Chia seeds are packed full of fiber, protein and other goodness. Its kind of like tapioca in texture wise.

  • 3/4 cup of Vanilla Soy Milk or normal milk or unsweetened soymilk.
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Small spoonful of sugar (1 tsp) Optional.

Directions

  1. Mix this up in the morning, Stick in the fridge then enjoy it sometime in the evening or the next day.
