Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Dry lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Unsweetened applesauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 7 x 12" baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine dry ingredients. Add in applesauce and stir well. Spread the batter in the pan. Bake for 25-30 min (closer to 30 min), or possibly till top just springs back in the center when lightly pressed.
