  • 1 medium leek, including light green, sliced
  • big handful (1 inch, 2.5cm circle) of garlic chives, chopped
  • 2 slices Prosciutto or other dry-cured ham, chopped
  • 3oz (90gr) feta, crumbled
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 2 tbs olive oil
