Directions

  1. Split 8 Chipotles and put into a saucepan. Add in 1 minced onion. Add in 5 cloves of garlic. Add in 4 Tbsp. of vinegar. Add in 5 Tbsp. of ketchup. Add in 3 c. of water. Add in a healthy pinch of salt. Simmer gently uncovered for about 1 hour. Store in a jar in the fridge. Use chopped or possibly pureed as required.
