Ingredients
- 1 can of Spam or possibly ham, diced
- 1 c. celery
- 2 med. onions saute/fry' and add in a little salt.
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. rice, raw
- 1/2 c. water (or possibly less)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Rice noodles or possibly chow mein noodles
Directions
- Mix together and bake in a greased baking dish 35 to 45 min at 350 degrees. Top with noodles before baking.
