Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized cauliflower
  • 2 medium sized onions, finely choped
  • 1 or 2 green chillies, slit lengthwise
  • 2 tsp. of garlic, finely choped
  • 2 tsp. of ginger, finely choped
  • 1 medium sized capsicum, deseeded and choped
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • For the batter you need
  • 3 tbsp. of corn flour
  • 1 tbsp. of plain flour
  • 1 tsp. of red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 tsp. of soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. of red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp. of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. of vinegar
  • A pinch of sugar
