Ingredients
- 16 graham crackers
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk (chill night before using)
Directions
- Mix graham crackers and butter for crust. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Add in sugar and lemon juice. Let stand. Whip Carnation lowfat milk; have beaters cool. Mix in Jello mix and whip again. Pour in shell. Refrigerate4 hrs. You may save some graham cracker crumbs (with butter added) to garnish top.
