- 4 lettuce c.
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
- 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 7 ounce. jar salsa sauce
- 1/4 c. crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
Directions
- Line 4 individual bowls with lettuce c.. Layer 1/4 of the shredded lettuce, chicken, onions, tomatoes, cheese and salsa in each lettuce lined bowl. Top with tortilla chips and ripe olives.
