Ingredients
- 1 lb romaine crowns
- 5 lbs cubed cooked chicken
- 5 lbs marinated, grilled, cooled, and sliced flank beef (for beef ceasar)
- 1 cu drained parmesan
- 1 cup ceasar salad dressing 1 cup
- 20 garlic herb wraps
Directions
- Combine romaine, chicken, shredded parmesan and seasar dressing in a large bowl.
- Place garlic herb on work surface spread 4 oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap, proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top. Seal the wrap the slice in half on the bias.
