Ingredients

  • 1 lb romaine crowns
  • 5 lbs cubed cooked chicken
  • 5 lbs marinated, grilled, cooled, and sliced flank beef (for beef ceasar)
  • 1 cu drained parmesan
  • 1 cup ceasar salad dressing 1 cup
  • 20 garlic herb wraps

Directions

  1. Combine romaine, chicken, shredded parmesan and seasar dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Place garlic herb on work surface spread 4 oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap, proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top. Seal the wrap the slice in half on the bias.
