Ingredients
- 10 chicken livers (or possibly more as needed) cut in half
Directions
- Season with salt and paprika. Saute/fry livers in 1 Tbsp. melted butter for 1 minute. Turn while cooking. Wrap each liver in thin slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with toothpicks. Broil the livers till bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towel and serve warm on toothpick.
