Easy to make spicy chicken fry is very tasty and goes well with roti and rice

Directions

  1. Marignate chicken in curd, salt , lemon juice, chilli powder for 30 mins.
  2. In a pan add marignated chicken, tomatoes, onions, coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and 2 cups water and cook till chicken becomes tender and a thick gravy is formed.
  3. In a pan head oil, add cumin seeds and allow them to spurt.
  4. Add chillies, garlic, curry leaves and fry till a nice aroma of chillies and garlic comes.
  5. Add chicken and its gravy and garam masala and leave it for 10 mins. Stir ocassionally

    it takes around 20-25 mins to cook depending on the softness one requires

      i had tried this recipe but adding of two cups of water was too much as tomato and curd realises their own water and and quantity of water became more . so i feel one cup of water or as per chicken how much time take to cook. otherwise it is ok. thanks
