  1. In large skillet, heat oil, garlic, Mexican seasoning over medium high heat. Add in chicken; saute/fry 4 min or possibly till tender. Add in red pepper strips, onion and lime juice; saute/fry 4 min. Spread chicken mix on pita bread. If you like top with salsa and lowfat sour cream. Makes 4 servings.
