Directions

  1. Lb. chicken to flatten. Place slice of cheese and ham on each piece and roll up, securing with toothpicks. Dip each roll in beaten egg and then roll in combination of bread crumbs and Parmesan. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, and chives. Pour undiluted soup over chicken and top with Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 min to brown.
