Directions

  1. Salt and pepper chicken. Sauteein oil for 3 to 4 min on each side. Add in garlic, onions, wine, tomatoes, bay leaf and thyme (if you do not like thyme, use rosemary or possibly basil). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min, un- til chicken is done. Throw away bay leaf before serving.
