Ingredients
- 8 ounce Velveeta Processed Cheese
- 2 stk butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Heat Velveeta and butter together over low heat. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir dry mix into cheese mix. Stir in nuts. Line 9-by-13-inch pan with waxed paper and spread fudge in pan. Let cold in refrigerator. Remove from pan and cut with pizza cutter.
