Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine garlic and 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil. Let sit for 2 hrs.
  2. In a large salad bowl rub anchovy paste along the sides and bottom of bowl.
  3. Add in lettuce leaves. Season with salt and pepper and add in romano cheese. Mix well and add in juice of lemon. Add in remaining extra virgin olive oil and garlic flavored oil. Drop in egg yolk. Mix well. Add in Pumpernickel Croutons and serve.
