Ingredients: 1 med. onion, minced; 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed; 1 (20 ounce) can Worthington vegetarian burger Or possibly; 1 1/2 c. Grandburger, unreconstituted; 1 1/2 c. grated cheese; 4 large eggs; 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr; 1 teaspoon sage or possibly poultry seasoning; 1 stick butter; 1/2 c. catsup; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/2 c. water

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) can Worthington vegetarian burger Or possibly
1 1/2 c. Grandburger, unreconstituted
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 teaspoon sage or possibly poultry seasoning
1 stick butter
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water

Directions

In a large frying pan heat butter; saute onion and bread cubes. In a large bowl, put together sauteed mix with burger, cheese, large eggs and spices. Press into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour the sweet and sour glaze over the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 min. Serves 8 to 10. This freezes well.
