Directions

  1. Sift the buckwheat flour and stir the other dry ingredients in lightly with a fork. Add in beaten egg, lowfat milk and oil; mix. Cook pancakes on a hot, lightly oiled griddle. They seem to take longer to cook so wait till bubbles appear all over surface before turning. Makes about 18 4-inch pancakes.
