  • 1 (16 oz) French bread baguette, cut into 36 slices
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil, divided
  • 7 Roma tomatoes, chopped (About 2-1/2 cups)
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg. crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped black olives
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Broil baguette slices 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Brush evenly with 1 Tbsp of the cooking oil.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients with the rest of the oil.
  4. Spoon onto toasted slices just before serving.
