Ingredients

Cost per serving $0.21 view details
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar, confectioner's works better
  • 1 c. Matzah meal
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. A friend of my mom's made these great tasting rolls which are completely kosher for passover. She made many very small rolls, however, as she said, they can be made larger. She even makes Kaiser rolls sized rolls for her son to make sandwiches with. These really are wonderful.
  2. Heat water and oil to boil. Add in salt and sugar and stir till disolved.
  3. Turn heat to low, fold in matzah meal, and allow to cold at least 10 min. Add in 3 beaten Large eggs to the mix. Once everything is well mixed, you can then take the dough and place on a greased cookie dish. Heat at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. She noted which you probably need to double the recipe for about 6 people.
  5. One batch makes about 10 relatively small rolls
