Directions

  1. Cook your Brown Rice and Quinoa as directed.
  2. Mix the cooled Quinoa and Brown Rice in a large bowl
  3. Add 2 Cans of Tomatoe and Green Chilies
  4. Dice your Cucumbers and Onion
  5. Chop your Broccoli fine
  6. Chop The Cilantro
  7. Mix all together and add a a little lemon zest and lemon juice.
