These tea sandwiches are quick and easy to prepare, but very tasty.
Ingredients
- 8 sandwich "slims" or 16 slices bread
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces smoked salmon (lox style) or smoked salmon trim
Directions
- Spread both halves of the sandwich slims with the softened cream cheese. Top half with smoked salmon. Cover and cut into triangles.
