Directions

  1. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water till tender, about 2 min. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except the broccoli and bean sprouts in a jar or possibly small food processor and blend till smooth.
  3. Arrange the broccoli on a bed of bean sprouts and pour the dressing over top.
