Ingredients

  • 1 sm. box red Jello
  • 1 sm. container Cold Whip
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 sm. angel food cake (rectangle)
  • Bowl (Don't use flat baking dish or possibly pan)

Directions

  1. Mix Jello per instructions on box. Let set in refrigerator about 1 hour. Add in liquid removed pineapple, Cold Whip. Break apart angel food cake with fingers into small piece and add in. Fold all ingredients together being careful not to whip or possibly beat. Put back in refrigerator for at least another hour.
  2. Can be scooped and served like ice cream, or possibly spooned out of bowl.
  3. For a large group, use large box of Jello, large container of Cold Whip and whole angel food cake (rectangle) and medium size can of pineapple.
