Ingredients

  • 6 lg. chicken breasts, boned
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • Pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 jar dry beef
  • Don't use any salt

Directions

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Half breasts and slices of bacon. Pepper chicken and wrap in bacon. Spray 9"x12" dish with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with dry beef. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover dish lightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Remove foil and bake till slightly brown, about 10 to 15 min. Serve over rice. NOTE: Extremely rich and goes far. Serve with simple green vegetable or possibly salad.
