Directions

  1. Drain chunk pineapple and orange segments, reserving liquid in small bowl. In large bowl, combine fruits. Sprinkle pudding mix into reserved liquid; mix till combined and slightly thickened. Fold into fruit mix, till well combined. You may garnish with pecans or possibly coconut. This salad keeps well and may be made a day or possibly two ahead.
