Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 med. onion
- 1 sm. can diced green chilies
- 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 doz. flour tortillas (burrito size)
- Cheddar cheese
- Lowfat sour cream
- Minced olives (optional)
Directions
- Cook hamburger and onion in large frying pan. Drain. Add in beans, chilies and 1/4 can of enchilada sauce. Bring to boil and cook for 5 min. Make burritos with meat mix, cheese, lowfat sour cream and olives. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with remaining cheese and enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
