  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix
  • 1/3 c. minced nuts
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees; grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Wash and drain blueberries. Combine all ingredients, except the blueberries. Mix till well blended. Gently mix in berries. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 min till bread tests done with a toothpick. Cold in pan about 10 min, then remove.
  2. Note: For a 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan, reduce water to 1/2 c.. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Makes 1 (9 x 5 inch) loaf.
