Ingredients
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine blueberries and lemon juice. Spoon into a greased 8-inch square pan or possibly dish. Combine 3/4 c. sugar and butter, mixing well. Stir in baking pwdr and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add in flour to sugar mix alternately with lowfat milk, beating well after each addition. Spoon batter over berries.
