Ingredients
- 1 pkt (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 x Baked 9-inch pastry shell
- 2 x Bananas, sliced
- 1 c. Blueberry pie filling (I made my own from fresh blueberries)
- 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat at high speed with an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Spread proportionately in bottom of cooled pastry shell.
- Arrange banana slices on cream cheese layer. Spread pie filling over bananas. Top with whipped cream, and chill.
