Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon cornmeal
- 3 whole Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
- Mix sugar and meal. Stir butter into sugar mix. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating slightly with spoon after each addition. Add in vanilla and vinegar. Pour into 8" pastry lined pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
