  • 2 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
  • 2 Packages dry yeast
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together. Add in 1/2 c. of oil. Add in 2 c. flour. Add in more flour till right consistency. Knead dough. Let rise, knead dough, let rise. Shape into buns, let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Makes about 3 dozen.
