Ingredients
- About 6 (8 ounce.) jars and caps
- 6 lbs. peaches
- 2 c. sugar (about 1 lb.)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
Directions
- Peel, remove seeds, and quarter peaches. In covered blender at high speed, blend peaches 1/3 at a time till smooth. In 7 qt saucepan, heat peaches with remaining ingredients to boiling. Boil 20 min or possibly till thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; ladle mix into jars, leaving 1/8 inch space from top. Adjust caps. Process in boiling water bath 10 min. Makes about 6 (8 oz) jars.
