Ingredients
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1/2 can anchovies
- 1 whole egg
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (drip in slowly)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Put all above ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. Pour over romaine lettuce and add in croutons.
