Ingredients

Directions

  1. To serve, add in a few Tbsp. to cool or possibly sparkling water
  2. Put sugar and water in a large pot, bring to a boil and skim it. Add in the Blackberries and currants and boil gently about twenty min. Strain through a sieve, cold and bottle. Keep in a cold place.
  3. MAKES: 1 BOTTLE
