- 1 can jalapeno black eyed peas
- 1 lg. minced onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onions (drain fat). Add in rest of ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Put on tortillas, then add in cheese.
