Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 pound med. prawns
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 sm. green pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. black bean paste
- 1 sm. clove garlic, pressed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced pork
- 1/4 c. diced water chestnuts
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Salt
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. water, mix with cornstarch
Directions
- In oil, fry pork, garlic. Add in onion, green pepper, prawn. Add in chicken broth and cook 5 min. Add in black beans, salt to taste. Sprinkle Ajinomoto. Thicken with cornstarch. Just before done, beat in egg. Don't over cook.
