Ingredients
- 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. Bisquick (for biscuits)
- 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 thin slices cheese
Directions
- Mix hamburger and seasoning and form into six patties. Mix Bisquick according to directions on box for 12 rolled biscuits, cut into 12 circles. Place a meat pattie between two biscuits with slice of cheese. Seal together, press edges, prick top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
