Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly almond extract
- 2 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
Directions
- Beat Large eggs with sugar, oil and flavoring. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt. Roll in palm of hands into a ball, using about 1 tbsp. of dough for each cookie. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees.
