Serve 4                 Prep 5 min                 Cook 10 min Ingredients1 bag (12 oz) riced cauliflower1 Tbsp unsalted butter2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp ground turmeric1 pinch of ginger powder1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to tastesalt and ground black pepper to taste1 lime, cut into wedges1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste Directions Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high, add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes.Remove skillet from heat and add lime wedges and cilantro.
