• 1 Tbsp. Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
• 1 Tbsp. Grnd mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Paprika
• 1/2 Tbsp. Mace
• 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Red pepper or possibly to taste
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper or possibly to taste
• 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper or possibly to taste
