Ingredients
- 2 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 pound vermicelli, cooked
- 2-3 c. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, minced
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (38 ounce) can tomatoes, broken in pcs & liquid removed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions
- In a large frying pan, saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter till vegetables are tender. Put together with remaining ingredients, stirring till well mixed. Pour mix into a greased 3 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or possibly till hot and bubbly. Crabmeat may be fresh or possibly canned. Serves 6.
