Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Healthy pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 unbeaten egg
  • 6 sliced, peeled peaches
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. Use 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients till crumbly. Place sliced peaches in pan. Sprinkle crumbly mix over peaches. Pour 1/2 c. melted butter over mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon. NOTE: Be sure to grease baking pan!
